At Rangritii, we maintain a strict quality check before dispatch. Therefore, all orders are considered final.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds once the order has been delivered.
We request our customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We offer exchange only in case of:
- Damaged product
- Defective item
- Missing product
To request an exchange, a proper parcel opening video is mandatory.
Parcel Opening Video Guidelines
- The video must start before opening the package
- The parcel should be clearly visible and sealed
- The full unboxing process must be recorded
- Any issue (damage/defect/missing item) must be clearly shown
Note: Without a valid video, exchange requests cannot be processed.
Exchange Conditions
- Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
Not Eligible for Exchange
Exchange will not be accepted for:
- Size or fitting issues
- Color or design preference
- Change of mind
- Sale items
